Yes. You will have access to both programs, and can decide which one you'd like to follow, or a combination of both.
No. The challenge guide will teach you how to make adjustments during the challenge, and you can also ask questions in the challenge chat or on the Saturday & Wednesday group zoom calls.
Yes! We have worked with numerous pregnant women on their fitness journey. Just let us know on your initial form so we can accomodate your nutrition, and make sure to consult with your doctor before starting any new workout regimen.
The challenge guide will teach you how to adjust your nutrition and your cardio protocols to break through plateaus, if it happens! We can also re-strategize on the Saturday group check-ins!

My nutrition strategy never includes restrictive dieting or eliminating foods. You will have the freedom to choose which foods you prefer to fill your macro goals, and have a sample meal plan for guidance. You will be able to take the knowledge from this challenge and apply it long after the 4 weeks is over!
The workouts are designed to be 30-40mins long, and will progress through the 4 weeks! Each week, the workouts will get just a little harder, so you are making progress every single day.
4 weeks is a LONG time to feel and see a change in your body! Seeing that change will motivate you to keep going with the habits and routine you develop in the challenge.
Joining a challenge like this one adds a little fun to your fitness journey, and doing it with friends or a community increases your chances of you sticking with it! Even though you don't have weekly 1-1 check-ins, you do have a chat full of supportive women & the option to hop on a zoom with Morgan once a week!
